'sing into my mouth’ is a new experimental dance film, created by Jeanette Kotowich. Embracing digital landscapes for expression, while adapting to the shifting times, I have been exploring the choreographic craft of dance on film. Working from a Métis worldview, I aim to translate my embodied dance practice, on to digital platforms of expression. Focusing on creative innovation and artistic resiliency, now more than ever is a time to look to arts for healing and transformation.
